One minute Masterclass for Singers...Lower the Larynx

Lower the Larynx for easy high notes

"Beth can help anyone learn to sing better and actually enjoy the process!" - Helen Hogan

Got a minute?

This One Minute Masterclass will show you how to monitor your larynx to make sure it’s in a lowered, or neutral position.

Why? Because if your larynx is jammed-up it’s going to be difficult at best to hit your high notes. In effect, you’ll be ‘strangling’ your sound, and it’s both an uncomfortable and ineffective way to sing.

So do yourself a favor and begin retraining your larynx to stay in a lowered position throughout your entire range.

Start out by doing the sirens demonstrated in the video while monitoring the larynx.
