Manifest your magic.....the Calming Breath

Mind Rehearsals for Singers

When you control your breath, you control your performance. This mind rehearsal covers the process you'll use at crucial points in the arc of your performance.

  • You'll be calm and directed before you step onstage
  • You'll boost your energy and focus during your show
  • And you will convert crazy energy into grounded energy after your show

Williamson quote

Did you know that there’s a proven method that will enhance your stage performance, and it only takes a few minutes a day?

Would you like to know how to have -

  • confidence
  • calm
  • personal power
  • magnetism
  • and a great relationship with your audience

...by simply using your thoughts and feelings as a vehicle for change?

Manifest your magic

I’m going to introduce you to a “MYM” - a Manifest Your Magic Visualization. It’s actually a ‘mind rehearsal’ that takes you through your own music performance with you center stage. And the amazing thing is - it takes place in your own imagination.

The secret is……when you visualize something in your mind, complete with all the emotions you feel onstage….your subconscious mind doesn’t know that it’s not real! So the neurons in your brain actually begin to rewire with repeated visualizations. And then…… when you step onstage, you’re already living the reality, the feelings, the perfect outcome that you’ve been visualizing in your MYM!

When you visualize and feel the performance outcome that you want, by doing your mind rehearsal, expect that outcome to manifest when you actually take the stage. Just close your eyes and imagine it!

Visualize your performance

Yes, it’s magic! It’s positive thought; it’s quantum physics; it’s what all the great Sages and Coaches have taught for millennia.

I’m happy to share these powerful MYMs with you so that as a singer and performer, you can begin to Manifest Your Magic!

Cheers,

Beth Lawrence, All About Voice
